The firm
We believe getting real estate financing should be a strategic process, not a search through a maze of disconnected lenders.
EK Capital Consultants arranges private and alternative financing for real estate investors. We work with investors, landlords, developers and property owners who need capital for 1–4 unit investment property, typically between $500,000 and $5 million.
Our job is to understand the deal, put the financing request together, and bring it to lenders in our network whose programs fit it. The lender underwrites, approves and funds the loan. We make that process clearer and faster for the borrower, and we stay involved until closing.
How we work
One kind of deal
We focus on 1–4 unit, non-owner-occupied property in New York and New Jersey. That focus lets us match each request to lenders that actually fund it, instead of sending it everywhere.
One point of contact
You explain the deal once. The same advisor handles your request from the first call through closing, and tells you plainly when a deal isn’t a fit.
Discretion
We share your information only with lenders who are evaluating your request, and only what they need.
